Key Roles and Responsibilities:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills a must
Review and approve all AP TE-related manual journal entries for all entities
Review and approve all AP TE reconciliations for all entities
Ensure that all month-end tasks are performed
Perform ad hoc duties that may be required from time to time
Reviews GL distribution of A/P transactions to ensure proper cost center-wise accounting & reporting accuracy.

Knowledge of local, state, and central regulatory requirements.
Reviewing the AP ageing report and ensuring there is no overdue outstanding
Ensuring timely and accurate preparation of the month-end provision of indirect expenses
Ensuring timely payment of employee petty cash expenses at various locations
Salary reconciliations, Bank reconciliations, Card reconciliation,s and Vendor reconciliations
Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
Knowledge of accounting principles and Accounts Payable processes.
Familiarity with purchase order processes.
Required Experience and Qualification:
3-4 years of combined accounting and finance experience.
Advanced degree in Accounting/M.com/MBA.
Thorough knowledge of accounting principles and procedures.
Experience in creating financial statements, general ledger functions, and month-end/year-end close processes.
Skills in TDs (Tax Deducted at Source), PF (Provident Fund), PT (Professional Tax), payment, and GST (Goods and Services Tax).
